Hours of Operation

The Jason Russell House is open weekends for the rest of the summer.

Jason Russell House: Open seasonally Saturdays and Sundays, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM. Season runs from May 28 through October 30, 2022.
Tours will be limited to 8 people.
Last tour at 3:30

Museum: Closed until new exhibit is complete. Normally open seasonally at the same time as the Jason Russell House.

Entrance Fees

Admission: Adults $8; Children 6-18 years $4; 5 and under free
Smith Museum: Free

Masks are required for touring the house and visiting the museum.

Tours

Tours will include information about Jason Russell and his family, who continued to live in the house he built until the 1890s. Learn about the history of the house and hear about its role in the momentous events of April 19, 1775, when the retreating British clashed with local Minuteman in the Battle of Menotomy and the Jason Russell House was the scene of some of the deadliest fighting of the day.
